The Titanium Methodology ensures that each lacrosse player is taught not just the fundamentals but, more importantly, the correct fundamentals.

Given the nature of the sport, it is very important that basic lacrosse skills are taught correctly to beginners.  

With our proven method, we teach players how to throw, catch, shoot, dodge, defend, and so on CORRECTLY. 

Our mission is to help each player improve through a variety of instructional, training, and playing exercises.  Above all, we have FUN doing so.
